Looks too young for real estate sales

I have been in real estate for a while. I still find myself being asked about my experience. I am in my 30's but I look much younger. Whenever I go to seminars I feel think the odd woman out, because everyone looks much older than me. I am beginning to think this is stalling my career in real estate sales. Does age really play a role in selling real estate?
